Our 8,481-strong workforce operates across 24+ active sites, backed by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications. Founder & Chairman

Mr. Laganathan Narayanan, Founder and Chairman of the Arni Group of Companies, began ARNI with a vision to deliver reliable and world-class Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services to India’s core industries. His unwavering commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction laid the foundation for an organization that continues to grow with purpose and excellence.

Dr. Aristo Loganathan is the Managing Director of the Arni Group of Companies, a diversified engineering conglomerate with expertise in O&M, EPC projects, ports, power plants, material handling systems, logistics, and heavy engineering. Under his vision, the Arni Group has expanded its footprint across India, delivering innovative, reliable, and sustainable engineering solutions to leading industrial clients.

Driven by a commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, he continues to lead the organization towards sustainable growth while creating long-term value for customers, employees, and stakeholders.
