Mr. Laganathan Narayanan, Founder and Chairman of the Arni Group of Companies, began ARNI with a vision to deliver reliable and world-class Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services to India’s core industries. His unwavering commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction laid the foundation for an organization that continues to grow with purpose and excellence.

Dr Aristo Loganathan
Visionary Leadership Behind the Arni Group
Dr. Aristo Loganathan is the Managing Director of the Arni Group of Companies, a diversified engineering conglomerate with expertise in Operation & Maintenance (O&M), EPC projects, ports, power plants, material handling systems, logistics, and heavy engineering. With over 18 years of industry experience, he holds a Ph.D. in Shipbuilding and an MBA from BITS Pilani, blending technical excellence with strategic business leadership. Under his vision, the Arni Group has expanded its footprint across India, delivering innovative, reliable, and sustainable engineering solutions to leading industrial clients.
Driven by a commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, Dr. Aristo has established the Arni Group as a trusted partner in infrastructure and industrial development. His leadership focuses on continuous improvement, digital transformation, talent development, and world-class engineering practices. By fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and performance, he continues to lead the organization towards sustainable growth while creating long-term value for customers, employees, and stakeholders.
